1. Booking and Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of booking details. Accurate information must be provided to ensure efficient service.
2. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service on the day unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Bank transfer or Cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
4. Recurring Services
Clients on a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if skipping a scheduled visit to avoid the cancellation fee.
5. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, this will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to correct any issues.
